Corporate Consultant: Card

We are looking for a Corporate Consultant: Card to perform the following duties:

Handling written and telephonic enquiries and complaints from Administrators and CPE’S concerning a broader range of more complex products with minimal reference to senior for an example, identifying customer needs and providing information on a broad range of the Group’s products / services, resolving requests and escalating when necessary.
Ensure high standards of own product knowledge are maintained and adherence to protocols to ensure that customers receive accurate information.
Monitoring of all corporate accounts
Availability upon request for corporate visits
Meeting deadlines / agreed turn around times.
Maintain ongoing professional relationship in all dealings with customers, management and departments.
Be able to work under pressure.

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent academic qualification is essential equivalent to NQF 4
• Minimum 2 years Team Leader / 3 years Contact centre - Administration experience
• Extensive knowledge of Credit Card Products, Policies and Procedures
• Working knowledge of Image (AS400) and CIS
• Computer literacy : Excel, Word will be an advantage
