Head: Specifying

We are looking for a Head: Specifying to perform the following duties:

Implement strategies and devise tactics to achieve Specification and Sales Targets

Strategy:
• Assist in the design of strategies to drive Specifications and Sales through the Architectural, Exports,     Government and Industry Organisations Channels.
• Implementation of these strategies
• Identification of opportunities and devising the relevant plans to attack them

Key Skills:
• Leading, managing and coaching the Sales Force within the Channel
• Achieving specification and presentation targets
• Rolling 3 month forecast of units sold
• Managing the relationship with specifying partners
• Relationship Management
• Opportunity identification within the Exports Channel
• Become the “face” of the company at professional events and speaking engagements

Experience:

• 5 years experience in dealing with architects
• 3 years experience as a Sales Manager


Requirements:

* BCom degree
* MS-Office (intermediate on all)
* BAAN (an advantage)
