Peace Officers

Applications, accompanied by a complete CV and certified copies of qualifications, are hereby invited from qualified persons for appointment to the following positions:

Peace Officers (5 Posts)
Salary: R52 776 - R62 304 per annum

Minimum requirements:

• The ability to read and write
  
• Appropriate secondary-level education
• A clear criminal record
  
• Physical fitness (provide doctor’s proof)
  
• The ability to work with the public
• Between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
  

Responsibilities:

• Enforce the law
  
• Execute the by-laws of the Nkonkobe Municipality
• Issue summonses to offenders
  
• Perform all other general duties associated with the post.
  

Note: In the filling of this post, preference will be given to Nkonkobe residents
