Broadband Infraco is a State-led intervention to rapidly normalise effi ciency in the telecoms market by commoditising only those parts of infrastructure that impede private sector development and innovation in telecoms service and content offerings. With this groundbreaking development comes the need to identify enthusiastic South Africans with the appropriate skills, qualifi cations and experience who wish to form part of this intitiative.

PROJECTS CO-ORDINATORS (2 POSTS)

Key outputs: Accountable to the Capital Programme Executi ve, you will support the Project Managers in project planning, project engineering and fi eld work co-ordinati on. Responsibiliti es include the effective management of contract resources, punctual supply of project material and handover of a quality product.

Qualifications and experience: A relevant tertiary qualification and/or the qualifi cati on to sign off Certificate of Compliance (COC) will be vital, together with some 3-5 years’ telecoms project management experience. The proven ability to manage civil and/or electrical contracts is essential.
