Chief Professional Nurse

In this role, you will plan and maintain the delivery of high-quality nursing care in the unit for 24 hours, according to health needs. Functions include planning general housekeeping and quality auxiliary services, maintaining labour relations and taking responsibility for continuous education in the unit.

To be successful, you must have a diploma or degree in General Nursing, be registered with South African Nursing Council and possess 3-5 years’ experience in a nursing supervisory capacity. Communication (especially writing) and administration skills are also important, along with a Certificate of Fitness.
