Northern Timbers, situated in the magnificent Tzaneen/Duiwelskloof escarpment area, with large plantations of eucalyptus grandis on a 25-year rotation and a NOSA 5 Star rating sawmill, requires the following individuals:

Logistics and Kiln Superintendent

Candidates must be in possession of a degree/diploma in Wood Technology and at least 5 years’ experience in first-line management in a sawmilling environment. Experience in kiln drying would be a recommendation. Our ideal person boasts excellent communication skills at all levels, to be able to maintain good customer service (internal and external). A reasonable level of computer literacy is also essential, and candidates must be prepared to work outside of normal hours, ie overtime.

The Company offers a Total Guaranteed Remuneration Package, which is made up of provident fund, insured benefits, medical aid and an option to structure an annual bonus.
