Job Description

Salary: R86 844 - R112 728 per annum (Post Level: Task Grade T7 - Municipality Category B4)


Requirements:

  • Matric or a relevant Administrative Certificate
  • 2 years’ secretarial or administrative experience
  • Excellent writing and reporting skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and capacity to withstand stress
  • Computer literacy.


Duties:

  • Identify and align the operation and administrative requirements with the Corporate Services strategy
  • Ensure that key service delivery priorities are identified and outcomes managed through continuous assessment, intervention and adjustment to operational plans
  • Ensure that facilitation and co-ordination of specific sequences associated with personnel on administrative approaches are met
  • Compile reports and/or responses to correspondences and queries, undertaking research or extracting information and records to support content, recommendations and/or opinion l Prepare the agenda for Council committees.
