FIBRE/TRANSMISSION SPECIALIST

Key outputs: Reporti ng to the Maintenance Manager, this role will provide high-level technical support for
transmission systems and mediums (Opti c Fibre, SDH, DWDM, Microwave and related management systems) as
well as develop maintenance and test procedures. He/she will be responsible for all technical support acti viti es
in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide technical specialist support to sales,
engineering and capital projects business units.

Qualifications and experience: ● BTech or BSc Electrical Engineering ● 10 years’ experience in Network Maintenance and Operati ons ● In-depth knowledge and understanding of fi bre opti cs, SDH, DWDM and related Network Management systems.
