We are searching for an ambitious, talented, goal-driven and self-motivated individual with the necessary skills and experience to contribute in setting new healthcare standards in the following position:
Personal Assistant
to the Chief Executive Officer/Office Co-ordinator
The focus of this position is support to the Chief Executive Officer in his efforts to reach his targets and deliver on strategic goals, with outstanding administrative and secretarial assistance through innovation, professionalism and commitment.
To make application, you will need a tertiary qualification or equivalent, plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Personal Assistant position in support of a senior manager. Excellent computer literacy, professional communication (verbal and written) skills and a commitment to accuracy and detail are also imperative. Basic knowledge of healthcare industry terminology, associated professions and qualifications would be advantageous. In addition, excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, outstanding planning and organisational competencies, high energy levels and tolerance for stress are expected. You must be able to be discreet when handling confidential information, boast an organisational awareness and, through innovative thinking and optimal planning, must be able to build trust.
