Job Description

MC Programme Manager
Head Office, Johannesburg


Requirements
: ● A degree in Nursing Sciences or MBChB ● Registration with the HPCSA ● A Dispensing Licence
● Experience in HIV and AIDS, project management and clinical service provision.

Responsibilities: ● Give input into creating strategic plans based on both donors’ and SFH’s requirements
● Implement strategic plans ● Oversee the expansion of the MC programme ● Ensure that standardised operational procedures are developed and adhered to ● Liaise with the Training Department to provide training to MC staff ● Ensure goals are reached and all timelines are adhered to ● Ensure the quality of MC services ● Ensure infection control systems are in place and adhered to at all times ● Develop and implement quality assurance standards ● Ensure that each site has an emergency service in place ● Supervise MC Site Managers and the MC Admin Manager ● Ensure all subordinate staff meet expectations and provide high-quality work ● Ensure that the Department maintains collegial and professional relationships with NGO service providers ● Maintain donor and Government relations, as delegated by the Health Services Director ● Liaise with marketing and research departments to ensure adequate support to the MC programme ● Manage and ensure overall adherence to approved budgets, in accordance with SFH Financial policies ● Compile all donor reports, as directed by the Health Services Director ● Submit a monthly PSI report ● Compile other reports, as directed by the Health services Director.
