Job Description
Our client an industry leader in their field is seeking an eCommerce Service Delivery Manager to manage the day-to-day eCommerce operations. Provide delivery of systems and services in order to meet/exceed objectives and service levels. Implement operational plan in accordance with agreed architecture and strategy. Implement and adhere to best practice guidelines, policies and procedures. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. Change control management.
