The successful candidate will manage and control the Organisation’s entire infrastructure, including systems and network engineering support service functions (strategy, support for business development, quality of service and operations), databases, peripheral devices and DRM and BCP. Service processes include production of network designs and design policies, strategies, architectures and documentation.

Key responsibilities include: ● Determining processes, policies and procedures to provide timely, highquality infrastructure support services to the organisation ● Producing regular and formal status reports ● Supervising, coaching and mentoring staff to develop their full potential ● Contributing to the architectural design within the organisation ● Overseeing service and service level management applicable to infrastructure ● Sourcing and negotiating with vendors for services ● Ensuring the provision of appropriate infrastructure technologies
● Providing ICT security risk assessment services.

In order to apply, candidates must have a BSc degree in Information Systems, plus postgraduate technical certifications, a postgraduate management certification/qualification, ICT technical/product certification (A+,N+MCSE) and an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or equivalent qualification. This must be augmented by a
minimum of 7 years in a corporate environment in Information Technology Infrastructure (at least 2 years at
managerial level) OR 9-11 years’ experience in IT network/system engineering, with a minimum of 2-3 years in
a senior position with a focus on IS support services.
