Metallurgical Superintendent
An experienced single status person are invited to co-ordinate and develop project management systems to ensure projects are delivered in a timely, effective and cost-sensitive manner. Working on an 8-week on, 4-week off roster basis, he/she will (inter alia) develop staff into positions of increasing accountability, ensure reporting procedures for production, metal recovery and operating cost are maintained and updated regularly and manage the process plant water balance programme. The achievement of optimum metallurgical efficiency is key.
To make application, candidates will need a tertiary qualification in Metallurgy and at least 8 years’ experience in the industry, with solid competency in gold processing.
