Process Manager
Reporting to the General Manager and working on a 9-week on, 4-week off roster basis, the successful candidate will provide leadership to the Process Plant and Infrastructure Team to assure cost-effective and high-quality gold recovery activities. Functions include (inter alia) co-ordinating concentrate and doré sales contracts and managing the Site Laboratory Contractor (SGS), as well as directing all aspects of Process Plant security, in conjunction with the Security Manager.
Candidates will need a B degree or any other relevant metallurgical qualification, with a minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in a variety of process operations, including development and expansion. Experience with gravity recovery, base metals flotation, CIL, gold reconciliation and plant maintenance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, is also essential.
