Job Description

Personal Assistant to the Provincial Executive Manager
(One permanent position exists in the Limpopo Provincial Office)
(Salary level 9: R192 540 per annum) (Ref. No. 045/01/10)


Key performance areas: ● Provide effective office admin support to the Executive Manager, including handling of correspondence of all forms and diary management ● Schedule, organise logistics, take and provide records of meetings and functions as assigned ● Confirm, schedule and arrange travel for the Executive Manager ● Take leadership in stakeholder management, including but not limited to receiving of visitors, customer care, entertainment, screening, handling of stakeholders and their service demands ● Perform any other duties as directed by the Executive Manager.

Prerequisites: ● Three-year tertiary qualification in Office Administration or related field ● Extensive relevant working experience at senior level ● Good administrative skills ● Knowledge of MS Office Suite ● Driver’s licence will be an added advantage.

Person profile: ● This position will suit a person who has good communication and analytical skills ● Self-motivated, initiative, independent team player who is good at problem solving ● Willingness to work under pressure.
