Job Description

Project Document Controller/Expeditor
(expatriate position based in Tanzania)


The incumbent will control and manage project/engineering documentation to meet project and procedural requirements in line with the project filing key code (both electronic and hard copies) and allocate numbering for drawings, specifications and other related engineering documents to ensure documents/drawings are accurately captured onto the database. Further duties include maintaining document registers on the database, supplying file reference numbers for outgoing documentation and maintaining register for same. The successful candidate will also maintain a transmittals and tracking system for all drawings and copies issued as well as a confidential document control centre.

Candidates must be in possession of at least 3 years’ experience in a document control position within a
